Oh hi, I’m Rach!

And I’m a physiotherapist with post-graduate training in women’s & Pelvic health

Do you have a women’s or pelvic health condition that you’re struggling with? Maybe you’re pregnant and you’re trying your hardest to figure out what information on the internet is actually legit? Or maybe you’ve just been told by your GP that you have a prolapse and you have no idea what to do about it?

Whatever your problem is, I am here to help you!

I’m Rach, an experienced physiotherapist with post-graduate qualifications in Women’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. These days the internet is like the wild west; there are so many different people out there telling you so many different things, and it’s really hard to know who to trust.

And that’s exactly why I started Rach Pelvic Physio.

I wanted a place to educate and share evidence-based information about Women’s & Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, so I created my own website and social media platforms to help do just that!

I also treat people of all ages and stages in person, you can book in with me here.
